Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns only in case of damages in-transit. 

  • Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it, and/or in the original packaging (only for domestic deliveries within India).

  • Items purchased at discounted prices cannot be returned.

  • Custom Made/Commissioned items cannot be returned.

  • Product return requests must be initiated by sending us an email at support@vandeeppkalra.com within 24 hours of delivery.  

  • Orders can be cancelled with full refund within 24 hrs of order placement. 

 

INCORRECT/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS 

  • Please inspect the shipment externally upon delivery to your doorstep. This ensures you receive the correct products and helps prevent any potential damage or discrepancies.

  • We highly recommend recording a clear video while unboxing your products. In the unfortunate event of any damages, missing parts, or receiving incorrect items, please promptly email us your order number, shipment tracking details, along with photos and videos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Once the return product is received and after satisfactory quality checks, we are happy to replace or refund. 

REFUND PROCESSING

  • We will process all the refunds after the returned goods have been received in original condition and packaging. The value of your order will be refunded within 15 working days after we acknowledge the receipt and confirmation of the condition of the returned goods.
